As seen on Magnolia Rouge
I am trying to be better about blogging some of my work that has been featured, like this one I shot for Thorne and Thistle Events! We envisioned an intimate garden elopement, and Meadowlark 1939 was the perfect backdrop for it…nestled in the middle of the grounds is a greenhouse where we styled a small dinner setting. The venue itself is a property that was tended for over fifty years by a master gardener, and now it welcomes couples to celebrate their love amidst the wild and luxe backdrop. “THORNE & THISTLE EVENTS took that romance and turned it into an intimate gathering characterised by lush florals and taking inspiration from the greenhouse found on the property. Dainty details were styled amidst the most romantic of invitation suites created by KELSEY MALIE CALLIGRAPHY, and RAE STRICKLAND created the textured braid of our dreams. The real star of this show (besides the models, Abbie and Matt’s adorable love for one another), was the ESSENCE OF AUSTRALIA wedding gown from j. andrew’s bridal. Both bohemian and ethereal, this dress embodied the feeling of the entire shoot and brought the drama and romance to life.” Take a peek at some of my favorite moments of our time together, and as always, don’t forget to celebrate love!
