Sometimes as a creative entrepreneur, it’s easy to get caught-up in the comparison game and forget why you started this in the first place: because you love it. Every now and again, I try to design a shoot just for me…something that speaks to my heart and fills up my creative tank. I styled this editorial shoot at the end of last year, mainly because I wanted to celebrate making it through such an intense time in all of our lives, and especially the wedding industry. I needed to remind myself that it isn’t always about the grandest details…sometimes, creativity can be shown through a simple setup you bring with you from home while your dad rides all the way in the passenger seat. Memories like this are the cherry on top of a job I truly adore, and I can’t wait to share it with you today.
