Anja and Michael’s Washington DC engagement session was full of perfect weather, spring blooms, and so much love. We found the last fluffy cherry blossoms left in the city and even found a little of Michael’s South Carolina magic right on the river with a few willow trees. I had the best time driving around the city (looking for parking, let’s be real) getting to know these two better. They obviously adore one another, but they also compliment each other so well and genuinely just enjoy being together. This is why I love my job so much-in a world that feels like it’s off of its axis so often, the love that I am honored to capture regularly grounds me back to a place of knowing that everything will be okay.
